Amelia Wilbourn Pilates and Simulator Biomechanics Clinic

Amelia is a qualified Pilates Instructor and Biomechanics Coach. This clinic is the first of what we hope to be many collaborations with Amelia’s expertise and our brand new top spec Racewood eventing simulator.The clinic will incorporate floor based pilates and riding the simulator which provides feedback from the sensors so it can report back on exactly what you are doing. This will improve body awareness, balance, tone, core stability and co-ordination. With correct body alignment enabling the rider to absorb the movements of their horse or pony with an independent seat and light hands. In turn benefiting the horse.Your posture, symmetry and range of movement will be assessed and you will be given relevant exercises for improvement.
