Chilham BE90 – Saturday 2nd August – 1st

William Chilham BE 90 3rd August 2014

William began the day in a very agitated mood, he was getting annoyed by the swarms of midges and getting very upset by them in his ears.  Due to this we purchased a fly veil and this seemed to work well as he was relaxed through his dressage test and felt like he was going nicely.  The Judge must have agreed as she awarded him the best score of all 38 in his section, with 28 (72%).

William then went on to show jump well with no penalties to add.  Later on in the cross country he was lovely and easy to ride around the course and again had no extra marks to add.

This meant he finished on his leading dressage of 28 and comfortably won his section.
